To make a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Send us an email to contact@nuyhenn.com telling us the product you wish to return and your order number.

You will receive an email containing a Mondial Relay return label.

Choose a standardized package or reuse the original carton, place the products inside with their label uncut and in perfect resalable condition.

Print your return label and drop off the package at the nearest Mondial Relay point.

Keep proof of delivery of the package.

Returns from France:

Free for exchanges or credits.

Payable (€8 fee) for returns against reimbursement.

Returns from abroad: Return costs are your responsibility.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase of the product to request a return, exchange or refund. The refund takes approximately 15 working days once your return package is registered.
