If you place an order via our e-shop site, once you have made your choice of products (size, colors, quantity), and your basket has been validated, you must:

Once your payment method has been selected, you must pay for your order, which will firmly and definitively formalize the sales contract that binds you to NUYHENN


Sales prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The value added tax is that in force on French territory.

The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.

Outside the European Union, including Switzerland and Norway, prices are excluding tax (HT). Taxes are to be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination.

The flat rate contribution to delivery costs will be reminded to the user when choosing products and will be invoiced at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected products.


We will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks.

In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact you by email within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of your order in order to inform you and tell you when this product could, if applicable, be delivered to you. You can then either maintain your order or cancel it.


Your order will be debited upon validation of your order on the condition that you have previously obtained authorization to debit your account from the competent payment centers, otherwise your order cannot be taken into account.

The amount of purchases :

Only purchases of €50 and €2000 are eligible for payment in installments with Alma at the Nuyhenn merchant.

Subscription terms :

How it works :

Opting for installment payment in 2, 3 or 4 installments by credit card allows you to pay for your order on our site as follows:

When the item is available in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined by the sum of the following 2 elements:

The delivery time, allow a period of 3-5 working days for mainland France from validation of your order and confirmation of payment by the NUYHENN banking organization, which includes: verification of the reliability of your information entered at from the time your payment is taken into account + preparation of your order + handling of the package by the carrier.

The delivery time of your package by the carrier:

If you choose the signature delivery option, a signature will be required upon delivery. In case of absence, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox and allows you to collect your package from colissimo. Packages are held pending for 7 calendar days.

Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the delivery option chosen.

Colissimo at relay point: €5

Standard Colissimo at home: €9

Express delivery via Chronopost: €15

Standard delivery is offered in mainland France from 200€ purchase.

Abroad and in Europe, delivery is charged 14 euros.

For other countries, it will be charged 30 euros.

Express delivery possible by DHL: the price varies depending on the destination

Upon receipt of the order, the user will check the conformity of the Products received in execution of his order. Any anomaly concerning delivery (namely: missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must be indicated, first of all, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature to the carrier. NUYHENN reserves the right to ask the user to return the non-compliant or damaged product. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, NUYHENN may refuse to serve a subsequent order.


In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of a purchase made from a professional seller, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product(s) ordered. to exercise, with said seller, his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) in packaging identical to that used during shipping.

The buyer exercises his right of withdrawal directly from NUYHENN by email at contact@nuyhenn.com .

The refund of the returned product(s) is made by NUYHENN by recrediting the buyer's bank card as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product(s). returned product(s).


The buyer has the possibility to report by email to contact@nuyhenn.com any related complaint according to the following criteria:

- Product not received: within 21 days from the date the product was sent, the product has not been received by the buyer.

- Non-compliant product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product, the product received does not correspond to the product ordered.

- Damaged product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product, the product received is damaged or broken.

Disputes are settled directly between the buyer and NUYHENN. The buyer and NUYHENN will make their best efforts to achieve an amicable resolution of the dispute.

Depending on the case, the declared dispute will result in either the return of the ordered product or a refund.


In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods to the contract or to hidden defects, products that are defective or do not correspond to the order will be refunded.

The products must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).

These guarantees are without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for above.


These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the French courts.


The customer makes his choice from the tailor models presented on the site www.nuyhenn.com. He then chooses his fabric. Once your choice has been made:

- The name of the model ordered as it appears on the website, any modifications requested, as well as the main materials constituting it.

- The price of the model ordered

- A fitting date and the expected delivery date

- The amount of the deposit paid on the order as well as the payment terms

The customer places an order with NUYHENN by email or in writing at the headquarters (NUYHENN).

It is expressly agreed that the photographs of the products on the Nuyhenn website, the brochures, brochures and other media intended to present said products and indicating their name have no contractual value, the liability of NUYHENN cannot be under any circumstances committed concerning them.

The unit price on the order is inclusive of tax in euros excluding delivery, shipping and any customs charges applicable and includes any alterations to be made to the model unless otherwise specified on the order form. On the other hand, any modification requested by the customer on her tailor after the date of the order, whether concerning the materials used or the design or even the measurements thereof will be invoiced in addition, according to estimate submitted by NUYHENN to the customer. In the event of significant weight gain or loss or unplanned pregnancy, the necessary modifications will be the responsibility of the client. In the event of disagreement on the price of these modifications, the model will be established in accordance with the initial order.

Terms of payment

Payments are made in cash, by credit card or bank transfer, according to invoice established by NUYHENN.

In the event of non-payment on the due date, this will result in the entire debt becoming immediately payable, a fixed compensation for recovery costs of €40 per day and a late payment compensation equal to 5% of the amount due.

The price is paid as follows:

- For a private customer: 30% of the price is paid upon ordering, 70% upon delivery of the model. Payments by transfer must be made at least 15 days before fitting or delivery.

- For group purchases: 50% of the price is paid upon ordering, 50% upon delivery of the model. Payments by transfer must be made at least 15 days before fitting or delivery.

- Partial payments are considered as deposits: they cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation of the order and constitute a commitment to pay the entire agreed price even in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer.

As special tailor orders are made to measure for the customer and respond to a personalized request, the customer cannot, in the event of cancellation, require NUYHENN to issue a credit for the price paid by her.

Time limit

The deadlines set for the order are binding on both NUYHENN and the customer. If one or the other cannot honor the fitting and/or delivery appointments, they must inform the other at least 24 hours in advance. If the deadlines are not respected by the customer, NUYHENN cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery. Likewise, NUYHENN cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to weight gain or loss having consequences on the initial measurements.

Finally, the delivery date indicated when ordering is given for information purposes only and is likely to vary within reasonable proportions. Consequently, the customer can neither cancel the order nor request damages.

In the event of shipment, NUYHENN cannot be held responsible under any circumstances and the risk and transport costs are borne in full by the buyer.

 

Force majeure

NUYHENN cannot be held liable in the event of fabric stock shortages, delivery delays, strikes (including in transport) or force majeure and, more generally, for any event not exclusively and directly related to it. attributable.

 

Title retention clause

NUYHENN retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price. Furthermore, no delivery can take place without full payment having been paid by the customer.


Court of competent jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.

The parties undertake to do everything possible to resolve their differences amicably. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court.


Refunds and Returns Policy

Conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur, l’acheteur dispose d’un délai de quatorze (14) jours à compter de la date de réception du colis pour exercer son droit de rétractation auprès de NUYHENN, sans avoir à justifier de motifs ni payer de pénalité, à condition que le(s) produit(s) soit (soient) retourné(s) dans son (leur) état d’origine, dans les quatorze (14) jours suivant la communication de la décision de rétractation.


Vous disposez d'1 mois à compter de la date d’achat pour retourner votre commande. Les produits endommagés, incomplets, portés, lavés ou tachés ne seront pas repris. Si l’article est endommagé à son retour dans nos ateliers et que vous ne l’avez pas indiqué au moins 3 jours après la réception de celui-ci aucun remboursement ne sera possible. Notre équipe se réserve le droit de refuser un retour qui ne serait pas conforme. Si les conditions susmentionnées sont remplies, NUYHENN remboursera à l’acheteur sa commande excepté les frais de livraison, sous quatorze (14) jours à partir du jour de la réception de votre retour. Le(s) produit(s) devra (devront) être retourné(s) dans son (leur) conditionnement et son (leur) emballage d’origine. Merci de joindre la facture à votre colis.

Les retours sont offerts à partir de la France pour tout échange ou avoir et seront facturés 8 euros contre remboursement. Les retours depuis d’étranger sont à votre charge.

En cas de retours anormaux ou abusifs, NUYHENN pourra refuser de servir une commande ultérieure.

L’acheteur devra retourner le(s) produit(s) à échanger, présenté(s) dans son (leur) état d’origine dans les quatorze (14) jours suivants la demande d’échange.

Le(s) produit(s) devra (devront) être retourné(s) dans son (leur) conditionnement et son (leur) emballage d’origine. Les produits endommagés, incomplets, portés, lavés ou tachés ne seront pas repris. Notre équipe se réserve le droit de refuser un retour qui ne serait pas conforme.

Les frais de retour pour un échange ou un avoir sont pris en charge par NUYHENN pour la France et à votre charge depuis l’étranger. Dès validation interne de la demande d’échange, le service client de NUYHENN vous fera parvenir par e-mail une étiquette de retour prépayée que vous collerez sur le colis.

Si les conditions susmentionnées sont remplies, NUYHENN procédera à la nouvelle commande du (des) produit(s) à échanger et le(s) nouveau(x) produit(s) sera (seront) expédié(s) à l’adresse figurant sur votre bon de commande initiale, sous réserve des stocks disponibles.

Les frais de réexpédition sont pris en charge par NUYHENN pour tout échanges et avoirs en France et à votre charge depuis l’étranger. 

Si le(s) produit(s) n’est (ne sont) plus disponible(s), NUYHENN remboursera l’acheteur du montant de sa commande excepté les frais de livraison, sous quatorze 14 jours à partir du jour de la réception de votre retour par notre équipe SAV.

Si les conditions susmentionnées ne sont pas remplies, et notamment si le(s) produit(s) n’est (ne sont) pas en état d’être vendu(s), NUYHENN ne procédera pas au remboursement et le(s) produit(s) litigieux sera (seront) renvoyé(s) à l’acheteur à l’adresse de livraison figurant sur le bon de commande initiale.
