All our pieces are designed by our designer, Camille, and are entirely made in France.

How can we try NUYHENN pieces, do we have a showroom or a physical store?
We offer two options for trying our pieces:
We have a showroom by appointment. You can make an appointment on our site via the “ contacts ” tab.
We are sometimes present in concept stores in Paris. We communicate this information in real time. Otherwise, feel free to email us at contact@nuyhenn.com for more details.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
How to return or exchange a NUYHENN item?
To make a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Send us an email to contact@nuyhenn.com telling us the product you wish to return and your order number.
You will receive an email containing a Mondial Relay return label.
Choose a standardized package or reuse the original carton, place the products inside with their label uncut and in perfect resalable condition.
Print your return label and drop off the package at the nearest Mondial Relay point.
Keep proof of delivery of the package.
Are returns charged?
Fees vary depending on your location:
Returns from France:
Free for exchanges or credits.
Payable (€8 fee) for returns against reimbursement.
Returns from abroad: Return costs are your responsibility.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase of the product to request a return, exchange or refund. The refund takes approximately 15 working days once your return package is registered.
Is it possible to make an exchange instead of a refund?
Absolutely ! Contact us at contact@nuyhenn.com to arrange an exchange.
DELIVERY
How soon will I receive my NUYHENN order?
The delivery time is estimated at:
3-5 working days for mainland France.
10-12 days for overseas deliveries.
How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the delivery option chosen. Here are some examples :
In France :
Colissimo at relay point: offered
Standard Colissimo at home: €5
Express delivery via Chronopost: €15 (free for orders over €200)
Abroad :
Europe: €8 (free for orders over €200)
Other countries: €20 ( freeform orders over €200)
Express delivery possible by DHL (price varies depending on destination)
How can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track the delivery of your order by logging into your account, going to the "Orders" section and clicking on the order in question. There you will find the package number and a link to the carrier's website for tracking.
I did not receive my order. What to do ?
If you have not received your package within 5 days of your order (for France), first check the status of your package on the carrier's website. If you cannot find your package on their site, contact us at contact@nuyhenn.com for assistance.
