You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your order. Damaged, incomplete, worn, washed or stained products will not be returned. If the item is damaged on its return to our workshops and you have not indicated this at least 3 days after receipt of it, no refund will be possible. Our team reserves the right to refuse a return that is not compliant. If the aforementioned conditions are met, NUYHENN will reimburse the buyer for their order except for delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of your return. Returns are free from France for any exchange or credit and will be charged 8 euros against reimbursement. Returns from abroad are your responsibility.

Return costs are covered by NUYHENN for all exchanges and credits in France and at your expense from abroad.

If the product(s) is (are) no longer available, NUYHENN will reimburse the buyer for the amount of their order except delivery costs, within fourteen 14 days from the day of receipt of the product(s). your return by our after-sales service team.
